Dear customers,

our business is keep on going as usual during the Corona-Crisis. All items marked as "now available" are in stock and can be shipped immediately. Our customer service is available by e-mail and phone. It is not possible to collect the goods at our warehouse at the moment due to legal requirements. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Information for our Polar Parts customer to the corona-situation

We inform our self constantly about current developments and resultant advices and standards. Consequently, we can immediately adjust our measures if needed. On this page you will always find latest information for our customers. If you have any questions, problems or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us as is usual.

Our employees

Our employees work with a minimum distance to each other of 1,5 meters. They are acquainted with given hygienic measures and accurately implement them. In this way they protect themselves and other.
Also the contact to delivery agents and service provider is adjusted, so we can warrant a smoothly a safely process.

Shipping and hygiene

In our shipping department, special emphasis is placed on hygiene measures to ensure the best possible protection for our customers and employees. For example, all employees use gloves and are also familiar with special hygiene rules that currently apply in the shipping and logistics department.

Our customer service

Our customer service is currently available for you by email and phone as usual. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to collect the goods at our warehouse.

Availability and shipment of goods

We currently have very good product availability. As always, all items marked in the shop as "immediately available" are stock items that can be dispatched immediately.

The shipping of goods is currently regular, we are not aware of any extended delivery times through our shipping partner DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail on the evening of the shipping day, which you can use to track your shipment. Via this link it is also possible to store a storage location for the delivery directly, so that contactless delivery works even more easily and conveniently.
